MP2 Collective was built on a simple belief:
Financial strategy only works when it reflects how a business actually operates. Too often, companies receive recommendations from advisors who never see the operational reality behind the numbers.
We spend time inside the systems, processes, and decisions that shape financial performance—so strategy reflects reality, not theory.
That means digging into the muck together. Because when the financial story is clear, you can move forward with confidence.
Cara Rogers is a CPA and financial operator with 17+ years of experience helping businesses navigate growth, complexity, and change.
Her background spans public accounting, corporate finance, and executive leadership, including five years in CFO roles supporting privately held and private equity-backed businesses through acquisitions, divestitures, debt restructuring, ERP transitions, and operational scale.
Before founding MP2 Collective, Cara held finance leadership roles across manufacturing, distribution, technology consulting, and packaging—including serving as CFO of a $175MM business and leading finance inside organizations with revenues up to $300MM. Her work extended well beyond accounting and reporting into pricing, procurement, supply chain, insurance, IT, and lending relationships.
That range shapes how she works today: close to the business, attentive to the systems behind the numbers. She works best with leaders who want to understand performance more clearly, strengthen how the business runs, and make decisions with greater confidence.

Testimonial
Cara was a pleasure to work with. She was always willing to help and deployed her teams as needed to solve my operational problems. Cara always found a solution and is one of the hardest working colleagues I know.
